We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. All items ship from British Columbia, Canada. We ship worldwide.
Returns/Exchanges
Patchi Collective offers a five (5) day exchange policy. The exchange window begins from the day that you receive your item. We do not offer returns.
All Sales and discounted pieces are final sale. Earrings for hygienic reasons are final sale.
Please note that a shipping fee will be charged if an item is exchanged. Additionally, we do not provide pre paid return labels; the cost to ship the items for an exchange is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for an exchange.
We only accept exchanges if the items are: unworn, in the same original condition with no signs of wear or damage and in the same original packaging. If you wish to exchange your product please email us within five days of receiving your item: patty@patchicollective.com to start the process.
